Guidelines to Authors

Technical papers are invited in the areas specified under the titled conference themes. Prospective participants are invited to submit papers of their original contribution by email or surface mail to the Organizing Secretary. The paper must be original and should not have been accepted/published in Journals or Proceedings. The paper should include a title page listing the title of the paper; author(s); affiliation(s); mailing address(es); telephone number(s); fax number(s); e-mail address(es); and the name of the individual to whom correspondence should be sent. Three copies of the paper and 1 soft copy of the paper should be sent. A panel of experts will review each abstract as well as full paper. Author(s) shall be notified of the decisions as soon as the review process is completed.

The final paper in CD along with three hard copies and the registration of the authors or a co-author should reach the organizing secretary by 8th June 2010 to be included in the proceedings. Maximum length of the paper is limited to 6 pages. Detailed instructions will be issued to the authors after the acceptance of the abstract of the paper. The paper will be included in the conference proceedings if any one of the authors submits the registration along with the registration fee.
